Can you provide customized services? What personalized needs do you support?

We support comprehensive customization services, including: 1 Size customization; 2. architectural shapes(e.g, Round, triangle, arched shape etc 3. Opening method customization (inward opening, tilt-and-turn, outward opening, overhang, push-pull, etc.); 4. Color customization (RAL color chart available, two-tone spraying supported); 5. What is your delivery time?

20-35 days upon of deposit received and shop drawing confirmed (We arrange shop drawing before manufacturing to double confirm all the windows details).

Do you know what is a U-Factor/Value?

The U-factor/Value measures how well a fenestration product prevents heat from escaping a home or building. The lower the U-Factor/Value is, the better a product is at keeping heat inside the building, thus is a better insulator. The most energy efficient window we made is Germany PHI certified passive housing standard window and door, which Uw is 0.79 W/ m2* K(metric), turns to U factor is 0.14 ( imperial).

What is Solar Heat Gain Coefficients?

That measures the fraction of solar energy transmitted and tells you how well the product blocks heat coming into the house caused by sunlight. SHGC values typically range from 0.23 to 0.80. The lower the SHGC, the more a product is blocking solar heat gain. Blocking solar heat gain is particularly important during the summer season in warmer climates. By contrast, people in cooler climates may want solar heat gain during the cold winter months to lessen the cost of heating the home.

What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading or peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

We are manufacturer and have our own trading company, which engaged in energy efficient windows & doors manufacturing with more than 10 years exporting experience. Yes, So far, We have certifications and test reports of Canada Energy Star, USA NFRC, NAMI, AAMA, Australia AS2047 and CE etc.

Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazed) or do your windows come with the glass installed? What kind of installation service will you provide

Our windows and doors are complete finished units with glass, frame, sash and hardware here, and you only install them into your wall hole directly. We offer installation instruction and video guidance or send engineers to provide on-site guidance.
